What is the maximum you can serve time for being found with the possession of 113 grams of marijuana and 1 ounce of cocaine?

I don't think any of this can answer your question without knowing whether the charge is in fed'l or state court. If it's in state court, we need to know what state. The issues of prior offenses raised by a previous answerer also needs to be addressed.

You didn't mention what state your in. Do you have a record? If so, what? 113 grams there is a good chance that they will consider it intent to sale, a felony. It depends on the judge and your past record. 1 ounce of cocaine, most likely a misdemeanor.

As others have stated, too many variables not given, Claiming personal use is a VERY long shot tho, so I would expect significant prison time , even for a first time offender.
