i dont wear a lot of makeup and am not cool can u please help

We all go through the same thing and we all say the same things, like: Darn, the popular girl is o pretty, perfect hair, perfect face. or All the guys drool over her, what does she got that i don't?
I don't wear a lot of make-up either, in fact, all i wear is foundation, I am popular for NOT being like the popular girl at school, te popular girl at our school is popular for being on the A team on swim team and being mean to everybody she feels is not cool, including me!
What kind of rep. is that?
Yet everyone hangs around her and sometimes disses you in fear that she might not like them if they came in contact with you.
It's not you!
Anyone can be mean, self-centered, diss people, and sell their bodys by dressing skanky it's not a talent!
You do not have to wear a ton of make-up or short skirts or sell your body to anybody to be the beautiful God made you to be.
God made a special person for you somwhere out there and he will not care if you like the popular girl at school, he won't even see the popular girl from behind the beautiful light beaming from
you.
But, still say hi to her when you see her and be nice to her even though you know she hates everything about you, you are the bigger person, the stronger person! If she still snubs you at this point, that is her problem. Never stop being nice to her and never spread rumors about her. You are the bigger person!

You probably don't need a lot of makeup. Cool is an attitude. Maybe some makeover in the wardrobe department and have a self confident attitude.

make-up is to augment your features not change how you look. wear enough to highlight. men are not blind, you don't want us thinking "good from far, but far from good" I've never fallen for anyone with thick make-up. It's always been a turn-off to see an obviously desperate attempt to hide something.
be clean, well groomed (hair & nails) and smelling nice. styles can change but being clean never does.
last but not least, nothing is more attractive to men than a girl who seems genuinely interested in them. So, smile and be confident with who you are. be complimentary and encouraging. You'll get noticed.
"Hot" is a finicky thing but you don't need to be hot for everyone, just hot enough for the person you like and enough for you.

Wear short skirts, flirt,wear a little more makeup, put on heals, don't be afraid to flaunt it, lose weight, dance alot, tan, show skin and smile alot!
Take it from someone the boys go ga ga over!

get loads of confidence, even if you thin your not cool act as if you are the coolest person ever. And smile alot. Its not just makeup and clothes that make a girl hot

Highlight your hair, try makeup shades that work for you, get a makeover at a makeup counter and see what works best, wear fitted (But not too-tight) clothing, try new hairstyles, get your nails done,wear a smile (it's the sexiest accessory), accessrize a lot, wear pretty earrings.

it's not about wearing make up, it's about attitude. You have to show you take good care of your body and appearance, but don't look as if you spent the whole morning doing it. Carry yourself confidently, be nice and corteous and soon you'll have to beat guys with a stick!

Dont worry im in the same situation as u. you can:
* change your hair styles (messy bun, straighten, curl, wave etc.)
* add accessories like fun earings necklaces etc.
* try getting different clothes but only if you think it'll help and if you need them
* i find that just a little lip gloss helps me (sometimes i wear mascara but that's pretty much it).

be outgoing
be nice
be proud of who you are
cool is what you make it
