1) Immediately take your PC offline- disconnect from Internet entirely as this isolates your system
2) You should take immediate steps to prevent ID Theft as well; also report the individual to the local sheriff or police.
3) Obtain a new email- secure it by not sharing it with anyone outside of trusted individuals
4) You may want to consider renaming your PC, change its IP address and also download a software Firewall, or at the very lease use Microsoft's Defender and McAfee Anti-Virus.
5) Update your PC with all the latest security updates and keep it updated.
6) Avoid Internet forms or other forms of communication whereby your ID may be used against you.
7) You may want to encrypt any sensitive images

Contact the local authorities.
Blackmail is illegal.

Given that there making a threat, I'd assume that they want you to send them something to "stop" them from doing this.


Also Get a good firewall to prevent this from happening again.

If they truly have stolen your information, there is nothing you can do. One thing you better do right away is change your passwords. All of them. Get a good bi-directional firewall. Get a anti-virus program. If you don't already have those 2 things you see now how important they really are.
