Ok we have to take these remediation course at my school if u didn't score well on the end of level literacy exam. Now these course are after school, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THEM, the only people in there are sinors who scored basic on there end of level exams. If you do not go to the remediation classes you fail english and don't graduate. There is no make up, there is no chance for you to take it in summer school.. Is it legal for the school to kick you of the class that they required and tell you that you can't graduate if you pass english..O when they kick you out of the class you can't return.

judging from the spelling and grammar in your question, you need these remedial classes. stop complaining.
Yes it is most definitely legal for the school to require you to achieve a certain level of proficiency in order to be advanced to the next grade or to graduate.
They are saying that, because of your failing grades on the end of level literacy exam, you are not demonstrating a basic level of competence required in order to graduate (meaning that THEY SHOULD BE HOLDING YOU BACK A YEAR).
But, THEY ARE GIVING YOU A BREAK by giving you the option to demonstrate and develop a minimum level of competence by taking extra classes in order to pass english. If you don't take the remedial classes, they can hold you back since you failed the literacy exam.

A school can't tell you that your never alowed to take english ever again if you don't pass, but if your not working at an acceptible level and they're offering an after school course for you to better your english then it's a benifit, even though the hours are inconvenient.
They can tell you you don't graduate if you don't complete all the required subjects, my friend failed because he was missing one course.

You should call a public defender or a lawyer or even the board of education and ask about this. It does not sound right at all.

Your spelling and grammar usage is atrocious ... I wouldn't let you graduate, either.
