i've always used MAC and it doesnt smugg but i do suggest something... put powder on your face before putting some make up on.. it keeps it in place.... the foundation helps as well.. but im not tooo big of a foundation fan.. it makes you break out, thats why i suggest the powder before... for a eyeliner... try a water proof eyeliner or a liquid eyeliner... it doesnt smugg as easy as a pencile liner and it gives you a more defining look...

yeah shelaq from benefit is good. but also, you can just use primers beofre applying anything. there are good cheap eye primers out there. im using neutrogena's skin soothing eye tint. my friend complained recently about eyeshadow creasing after a couple of hours and i gave her that. the next time she saw me she said she loved it and that her eyeshadow stayed on all day w/o creasing. for foundations etc you can use face primers too.
