What can anyone tell me about this. Is it a disorder, a delusion or what?

What if it did interfere with daily life, social life for example.

Artistic Imagination is certainly not a disorder or delusion!!!!!! Imagination is a basic human faculty and one that, as far as we know, only humans have on Earth.

What is the relationship between what's in your mind and what other people say they feel? If you genuinely feel others' emotions, that is your intuition working. Intuition is a pure human quality, but one that is rarely developed (and it's not understood by science).
If you assume or imagine others' feelings but you are not right, that is your imagination. or perhaps a mix of the two - part intuition, part imagination.

If it interferes with your social life, what are you doing or saying that upsets people? Telling the truth??

Compassion. As long as you are also aware what are your feelings and not only the other.
