what i mena that it s not working properly is by that usually when i clik start(start menu) and click on the internet sign, nothing comes up except the internet properties windows. (you know the one where you set your homepage, delete history, and many stuff) i dont know what is wrong...... if you wonder how i got in the internet agiht now, i went into my email, and from there i found my way here..

Do you have the shortcut on your Desktop (the screen that comes up after Windows loads)? Start then IE is not the quickest way. Enable the "Quick Launch" toolbar.

oh that s so simple . check to see if you re connecting . if not connect to internet .
