The PSP wouldn't even attract guys to you anymore.
As for the other two, it would depend more on whether you planned to keep it for yourself or give it to the girl. If the latter, whichever one she doesn't already have would be more likely to get notice. If the former, probably the cel phone, since that'd allow you to interact with her even when you weren't together.
But your best bet would be to get a DS Lite with Animal Crossing Wild World, some of the Brain games, and a few other oddball games.

You know what, I dunno if a PSP will attract me to a guy, but ya know if your offering me to have a go...but maybe im just a girl gaming nerd :) Phone wouldn't, they ain't nothing special. An MP3 player of sorts maybe, not an ipod because they are rubbish....I think girls would be attracted to other things than your gadgets :)

PSP- It depends on the girl, they probably wouldn't like it if you were so absorbed in it u didn't pay attention to them
iPod- Another thing that distracts your attention from her
Cell- She can be involved. Between taking pics, texting and calling her it seems to be a winner!

ipod- i guess, as long as you have one of those earphone splitter jacks
cell phone-only if you talk with her a lot, or if it has a camera
