Go see your Family Doctor, if he/she cannot help you they will give you a referral to a Ear Nose Throat specialist.

Sure, go see your family doctor. First though take a look at some other tongues because they all should have bumps. If you have any pain or redness then you need a doctor.

you dont need to go see an ent unless a family doc referred you to one. and more than likely a family doc can give you some type of antibiotic or steriod to make them go away. but personally, if it aint broke dont fix it ( if they dont bother you e.g. itching or pain then dont worry about them)

its normal,my friends and i get them sometimes,its kinda like a pimple,just in your mouth.
