How to avoid porn addiction on the Internet
1. Consider installing porn content filtering software( Strongly Recommend NetDog Porn Filter, you can get it from www.netdogsoft.com ) on your computer. it will help to protect you from stumbling into pornography by accident, That's important.
2. Do not try to guess what the address of a Web page is. Many pornographic sites have similar addresses of respectable sites. For example www . whitehouse . com is a porn site. The real address is www. whitehouse . gov
3. Never click on Web site addresses that you receive in an unsolicited email.
4. Do not open attachments that come in email that are unsolicited.
5. Use filtered search engines or reputable directories to find the information you need.
6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.
Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don't let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.

Of course you have signs of dependence - sex is a human drive, something we all genuinely need. There is nothing wrong with masturbation, not even if you're in a committed relationship. As long as it's not stopping you doing other important things like socialising or working, then you're fine, really.

Seek some help. Although masturbation in normal if you are concerned about how you feel you need to get some help. The sooner the better.
This is not the place for sex counseling. Get professional help or you risk the love of the ones around you if they are or become victims of your abuse patterns and fantasies.
Incest is a scary word. Please seek help now. If you don't get help there may not be a future wife.

Stop worrying. You are young and you have a healthy sex drive - I think you are feeling guilty because of your religion and this is driving you a little crazy. It doesn't mean that you have a sex addiction or that you are perverted. I hope you find someone to love and share your life with soon.

Bro...it is not sex that is the problem. The problem is you are 26 and never had it. No wonder you cannot think of anything else!!!
Go out and get some.
Unfortunatley though after so MANY years of masturbation I am betting you will last all of four minutes...but get some anyway!

Counseling should help. It will also get to the root of you incestuous thoughts. Personally, I think it just branches off from the bigger problem and you should definitely see someone if it's gotten to the point where you're worried about the well being of you and the person you decide to spend the rest of you life with.

Sounds like something only a counselor can help you with, a specialist in sexual dysfunction. Maybe your religion's attempts to suppress your natural sexual desires all these years has something to do with it. Also, preoccupation with masturbating can also be a sign of clinical depression. A qualified counselor/doctor will be able to help you sort it out. Make that call, don't suffer any longer.

I think this is all new to you, eventually it will get old or you will be drain out!!. I also think your religion has to be part of why are being this way right now. Have you ever talk to any of your friends from the same religion about this? maybe they have or had the same problem.

counseling and therapy will help you find the root of your problem and ways to prevent it from ruining your life. just like any other addiction there are support groups and 12-step programs. i suggest finding a good therapist who is familiar with sex addiction and a support group. find a sponsor and work the steps. it works if you want it to.
