Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files (Temporary internet files)
Then Start > Run > CMD (enter) type ipconfig /flushDNS (enter)

That could be the website server if it is just one or two sites or slow Internet.
You could try a different browser if it is a problem with that, visit http://www.compcentral.net/downloads.php?UID=1 to download FireFox.

y taking too long dont know abt it!!
But Graphics are directly concerned with one or two or some time both for any web page 1-" install_flash_player_active_x " its flash player(try search to download) http://google.com and "Java" http://java.com and for seeing video on internet (though IE does not need but it needs for this componenet sometime but for Firefox u deffinitely need to download and install) https://java3d.dev.java.net/binary-builds.html
"java3d-1_5_0-windows-i586.exe" just click it

yes always use firefox as it is already fast and u can enhance it speed even more by downloading the fasterfox and its not coz they want u to buy their software its bcoz u hav spyware in ur comp and spy ware sometimes slows ur internet speed so i suggest u download spybot seacrh and destroy and scan and delete all the spy ware
