ok i found a check and i wanna keep the money but how, it has the signature and all i only need the name of the one whos gonna withdrew the money or what ever, how can i keep the money.

Well if the cheque is made out to someone else you have no way of cashing it in anyway.......that's what cheques are for. To stop petty criminals like you getting to the money.

If you do this its a federal crime and you can and will be prosecuted. I would just return the check.
