I go to an all girl school and i am really good friends with this girl. Last October she told me that she is gay and that she really likes me. I told her that I'm not gay and that I dont like her like that, but we're still friends. The weird thing is, she still tells me that she loves me and will do anything for me and stuff like that. She understands that i'm not gay, but she is always staring at me and doesnt seem to want to back off. How do i get her to ease up without being rude?

Bottom line: she must respect you and what you want or don't want. Good for you for not flipping out on her, but have a hard talk with her - find out if she's meaning 'love' in a platonic way, or hoping you'll jump into bed with her. Then, decide if you can live with the answer.

She may be looking to you for guidance if you are firm about the sex.
It sounds like she could use some.
Often there is some trauma associated with girls giving up boys and looking for compassion from girls.
You might be able to help her with this, by being her friend, still

Just let her know clearly that u only see her as a friend, and that there could never be anything between you two that is not friendship because you are not gay

You might have to become rude to get your point across. She already knows how you feel, but for whatever reason she is not respecting the boundaries of your friendship.

It may be time to cut her loose completely.

question for you is are you playing along ......are you using how she feels for you to get her to do things for you or to get what you want......if you are then you really cant complain cuz your leading her on....but if your not....then just let her know how uncomfortable she is making you feel.....but also let her know that you guys are still friends but she just has to chill out.....if she truly cares she'll leave you alone if she doesn't she's not really a friend....

I think you should be honest and tell her that her behaviour is making you uncomfortable. If she isn't respecting your wishes, perhaps you should try to spend less time with her.

Get married, oh wait a minute you can't (legally). Go get a room then.

If she doesn't respect your wishes, she doesn't respect you. Talk with her about respect. If she continues, back away from the friendship. IMHO
