We need to change the name of folders and delete some, but need the network password, and it's with the old computer guy who's nowhere to be found....anybody know how to do it??

An admin can change the password via Active Directory where the account is created and managed.

Start > Run > MMC (enter) > File Add/Remove Snap In > Add > Users and Computers

Once the console loads the domain controller, right-click and choose find. Look him up by user name to name. Then right-click, change password. You may need to allow 15 minutes for the password to become effective (replicate)

Connect the existing computer to the router configuration page (check your manual if you don't know how). Look for the settings for "Wireless network" and/or "Security". The network key (password) will show up there in plain text. Bert
