it is 5/6. What you have to do is find the greatest common factor, meaning the greatest number that both the numerator and denomenator divide into. to do this, if you don't know from experience, is to write all the factors, or numbers that multiply to make the number, say for 60, it would be 6x10, 15x4, 3x20, 12x5, etc., for 72, it would be 36x2, 12x6, 24x3, etc. The largest number they both divide into is 12, so then divide the numbers by 12, and it will be 5/6. all you do is divide both numbers by 12 making it 5/6
