He doesn't deserve a day of praise!!! Millions of children learn about what a good person he was. He didn't do anything noble!! Instead he lead a ship, killed and diseased Native Americans, and took credit for something he didn't do. People say he discovered America, but has anybody even given a crap about all the noble and brave Native Americans who were living there 100's of years before he was??? I'll give you the answer, no they haven't. Those poor people, they trusted Christopher Columbus, and the only thing he gave them was diesease and death. If Christopher hadn't of come, neither would any of the other Spanish invaders. They slaughtered the Native Americans ruthlessly, and thought of them as savages, when the only savages were them; the ones torturing them. Compared to the what they did to the Native Americans (and I say this in no terms of disrespect to the people who died in the Holocaust), the Holocaust was nothing!! Millions of innocent people died just because of Christopher Columbus.
Ok, bye bye now

I think he was either a good salesman or good in bed to have talked Queen Isabela of Spain out of all that money and resources to go on his adventure.

HE WAS A COMPLETE FAKE!!!
I think he carried a map. I mean, he brought BEADS looking for Indians who wanted GOLD! Unless he knew that there were natives and a whole continent there, there is no other explanation for that stupid mistake.
