I can't tell you weather you should or shouldn't, but if you get used to it you won't want to be with out it. most people say it is painful and the girl above me has no clue what the hell she's talking about, different people have different pain tolerances. Make sure you tell the person exactly where you want it, cuz once the hole is there, you can't MOVE it. But other than that, take good care of it and in the long run you'll love it.
