Without doubt the best childrens programme was ...Mary Mungo and Midge.

In the lift, Midge (the mouse) standing on Mungo's (the dog) nose to press the buttons ...... class, sheer class

Trumpton, Camberwick Green and Chigley all good as well.

Everything by Gerry Anderson as well - Thunderbirds etc.

Pogle's Wood and does anyone else remember The Double Deckers ??

As a teeny I loved Andy Pandy
I used to have fights with my dad Cos he wanted to watch crown court, I also loved playschool and even invented an imaginary friend at one point who was called Gemima
As I go tolder I loved swap shop I fancied Noel Keith and even John Craven!!
I loved sesame st, the muppet show the little house on the prairie.
One that still haunts me was a drama on itv it was called "Come Back Lucy" we used to act it out in school! It was about a girl Lucy with dark hair whose mum or dad or both had died and she had to go live with an aunt and met this ghost Alice in the mirror it was brilliant I only ever saw it once when I was about 11 I would love to se it again or get hold of the book!
