I walk, a little faster. I don't run, unless I really get scared.

depends on whether they're running after you. are they dangerous like do they have a weapon? just keep a safe distance from them, and go to the nearest safe place if your house is far away (friends/ fam's house etc.) i'd say walking quick in the beginning is best so they think you don't suspect them, and don't turn around lots either. Not sure though, because I've never been followed.

I walk and as I'm walking I start talking loud to myself and then get in an argument with my self then stop walking and seen very angy and say some crazy curse words then no one will follow you.

I walk, briskly, but still only walking. If I run the follower will know that I'm aware of his/her presence. Plus I'll probably fall.

It depends, like me im a guy 30yrs old i dont run i dont even care if the person chasing me has a knife or a gun ill face the person and pray ofcourse.
