I'm pretty sure there isn't a book for after the last episode of Angel, but I'm quite glad because Queen of the Slayers sucked, seriously it was rubbish. I don't want to sound too much of a geek but I now will only read or watch anything about Buffy and/or Angel that Joss Whedon has done or at least looked over it, so series 8 of Buffy comics are what I'm next looking forward too, perhaps in them we'll find out some answers of what happen to Angel and co (but I guess Wesley won't be in them damn it, he was my fave)
However if the rumours about an Illyria/Spike film (or TV series are true) I'll be watching them. Meanwhile Whedon is working on a film called Goners (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0481738/) writing and directing so hopefully that will tide us all over until we can finally find out if Angel got to kill the dragon!
According to Variety, "Goners" will return Whedon to the realm of the supernatural he explored in the cult hits, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel."
After the deal was announced, Whedon told Variety, "It's the story of a young woman's journey that involves a great deal of horror and some heroics.

So far there hasn't been. Most of the books are not-canon anyway (i.e. their events aren't counted as true or in any way affecting or relating to the on-screen events).
The season 8 comics for Buffy are coming out soon and are canon but I don't think the fall out from Angel will be seen in them. Had read somewhere that Joss Whedon is talking about doing some continuation from Angel possibly involving Illyria and Spike.

As far as I'm aware there hasn't, but Joss Whedon is writing a Buffy comic which will be series 8 where Angel and Spike will appear. I think we will find out what they have been up to in that. hope this helps

No there wasn't.The very last episode was deliberately left open-ended.This was because the WB network had cancelled the show unexpectedly.Joss Whedon hadn't any plan B to end the show properly. He had hopes of a mini-series that would tie-up all the loose ends, but he couldn't raise the finance to do so.Shame tho, i loved Angel!
