The number of boys that need to be circumcised later in life is very small. Out of 1000 un-circumcised boys, only 10 will require it later in life. So the percentage is 0.01%.
Also, there are other treatments besides circing that can be done. The condition that may require circing later in life is called phimosis. Phimosis can often times be cured by a steroid cream, but most docs just decide to circ because they aren't aware of the other treatment.
But yea, 0.01% is pretty small. Much smaller than the % of boys who are circumcised and have complications from their circumcision procedure.
Of every 1,000 boys who are circumcised:
*20 to 30 will have a surgical complication, such as too much bleeding or infection in the area.
*2 to 3 will have a more serious complication that needs more treatment. Examples include having too much skin removed or more serious bleeding.
*2 will be admitted to hospital for a urinary tract infection (UTI) before they are one year old.
* About 10 babies may need to have the circumcision done again because of a poor result.
In rare cases, pain relief methods and medicines can cause side effects and complications. You should talk to your baby’s doctor about the possible risks.
Of every 1,000 boys who are not circumcised:
*7 will be admitted to hospital for a UTI before they are one year old.
*10 will have a circumcision later in life for medical reasons, such as a condition called phimosis.

I think that depends on where you are. In small town middle America, even though they have an 80% or higher circumcision rate, for some reason literally everyone "knows" someone who "had" to have it done because of these alleged hideous infections. But if you are in Sweden, Germany or France for example, every man has a foreskin and pretty much every man dies with a foreskin that works just fine. Americans are so puritanical and weird about sex and sexual parts, it's hilarious.

Much less than 1 percent. There are few medical reasons for circumcision and needing to have it done is rare.

Very small percent. Of course if you talk to someone who is pro-circ, they will tell you that their uncle Joe, cousin Jeff, friend Bob had to get it done later, blah blah blah.

My grandfather was 91 years old when he had to be circumcised because the home he was in didn't take good care of him. 91 years.. and never had any problems with it.

In a lot of cases, men who haven't been circumcised, don't need to be later on in life.
It is a myth that men are "unclean" or whatever, when they are not circumcised.
