that is because, the major institutions Univesity of the Philippines, Ateneo De Manila or De La Salle do not specifically state that they are Science and Technology Colleges. But I believe they are among the Top 100.

ACSAT reminds me too much of schools like DeVry or ITT Tech, specializing in tech training moreso than tech theory. I don't believe any of their degree programs are what you'd consider accredited by a major organization. That's probably why you'll never see ACSAT on anyone's Top 100 list.

apparently the philippines should revamp its teaching of the ENGLISH language, because people are beginning to make NO sense! the way english is taught in our little island nation is slip sliding into the ways of the water buffalo. if we are living in the past, we will be in the BAROK era. for shame!
