I have a small website so far, only 90 hits in the past... month and 1/2. I'm looking for what you think is the best hoster for a small, starting out website.

I also have a small website and use http://gate.dominateoptions.com . I only pay $9.95 a month and they guarantee a 99.99% uptime for your site. The uptime guarantee I feel is a great deal for the small price you pay. If you look at other hosting companies that are very cheap they don't guarantee the uptime. Although you are not getting many hits yet, every hit you might miss to your site being down is very important.

Hope this helps
