I know this may not be popular but this is getting a bit sad what ever happened to honoring a person's last wishes she wanted to be buried next to her son She even bought a plot next to him, That was her wish I hear ya on the growing up Just because she was in public eye doesn't mean she doesn't deserve the same respect that everyone else does she's a human bien I think people should honor her wishes instead of this childish fight
If these people cared about her that's exactly what they would do think more about her wishes than their own
The most unpopular one in all of this is the only one doing it everyone else is like i want her no i want her come on where's the compassion
I say let her last wishes be honored and get on with it. Let her rest in peace

I dont think anyone should "get" it. I think the judge should move the sons body and take Anna Nicoles body and have them buried in CA, in the same cemetary as Marilyn Monroe - Just as she wanted!

Her and her mother didn't get along and the town in Texas where she is from doesn't even want to acknowledge she was from there, so why would the mother even think that's where she should be buried. Let her be buried next to her son. The son she so loved and adored and was so devasted when he died. That's where she belongs.

I think Howard should. If Anna wanted to buried in Texas she would'nt have bought a plot for her and her son in the Bahamas.

I would be horrified if her mother got the body! It should definately go to Howard K Stern so he can burry her next to her son. It's pretty clear that's what she would have wanted. There's no doubt that she hated her mother.

I'm split on this one. Her mother wants her to be in her hometown, but then I think she should be with her son in the Bahamas. I guess I would personally want to be buried next to my own flesh and blood.
