NO NO NO! Avoid Petroleum Products Petroleum products, such as petroleum jelly, baby oil, mineral oil and preservatives that are COMMONLY FOUND IN STORE-BOUGHT LOTIONS, creams and skin care products are foreign to our skin cells and clogging to our pores. They also atract dirt and bacteria and can become vehicles for these unwelcome substances. When our skin has to deal with this abuse everyday it ultimately weakens and breaks down the strength and durability of our skin and can cause an allergic reaction. This is very evident with the rise in skin allergies, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, dry skin and skin cancer.
You should only use products that are truly "all natural" (read the ingredients) and organic, if at all possible. The only oil you should put on your skin, especially, because it is so sensitive, is organic, unrefined, coconut oil. And soaps dry out your skin even more, so you should wash w/ products that do not contain "soap" or any fragrance, that are non-comodogenic. do a little research, but trust me ... I've done the research myself & have very sensitive skin, and for health reasons, most importantly, I only use natural, organic products on my skin, body, hair, and for consumption. I don't even use regular toothpaste, mouthwash or deoderant, if it's not organic, and truly organic. Check out this website for starters: http://www.inspiredliving.com/organic/or...
