Yes, tickets prior to 2005 did not have an expiration date. Therefore, even if you had tickets that were 20 or 30 years old, you could still come and use them. Now, they have changed the system so that you have to pay for the no-expiration, or else the ticket expires 14 days after the first use. The tickets are lower now per day, when you get the longer pass, so they charge extra so you can keep.
Since your ticket is an older pass, you can use it until the days are gone. You may have to have it updated in the system, so you might want to ask what you need to do.

Yes. At the time you bought it, park-hopper passes did not expire. Bring it to guest relations when you get there and they'll replace the old one with a two-day park-hopper.
Nowadays, when you buy a park-hopper ticket it has an expiration date. You have to pay a little extra for the "no expiration" option.

It should still be good. You can check at the gates of the parks or at your hotel desk(if on Disney grounds). They should be able to tell you. If not, they might comp you the 2 days you didn't use.

I doubt you can use it anymore. I thought you could only use them for 4 days from the day you got them and use it to go to all parks unlimited for those 4 days. It was more recent when I used it and thats how it worked.

Probably not... Look on it for an expiration date or call Disney and ask...
