i am 13 years old (i am a girl) and i weigh 138 pounds. i am 5 feet and 7 inches tall
i want to lose 5 to 1o pounds in my stomach area before my spring break in a month and a half.

i need tips and a plan that works for me to do this.
if anyone could direct me to a site that could help me do so it would be greatly appritiated(and a best answer).

and i REALLY dont want lame answers like dont eat soda and cookies and do a few sit ups. thats not helpful!

and i already dont drink soda

i have wanted to shed the extra pounds on my stomach for years but i feel like what i try doesnt work

somone please help me!

Start running 30 minutes a day. I started 3 weeks ago and lost 5 pounds without even changing my diet. However, I try to eat as much organic food as possible. Don't drink anything but water and green tea/white tea. Stop using artificial sweetener and use stevia instead. You can find it in health food stores. I order mine online. It is a natural sweetener and it has been found to curb appetite. Artificial sweeteners, found in many "diet" products gets stored in your fat cells and water gets retained, making you look even heavier. It's hard to give up some of your favorite foods, but after a while, it's second nature.
Cut trans fats out of your diet. Also, on a list of ingredients, if it says "partially hydrogenated oil," it's trans fat.
If your parents allow, you can also try a cleansing program. If you eat alot of unhealthy foods right now, you may have a build up in your intestines that prohibits you from losing weight. A cleanser can be found anywhere, like Walmart in the vitamin aisle.
Good luck! And stay healthy...it's not worth losing the weight if you aren't healthy.

the only way you need to lose 13 lb of fat in 3 days is surgical treatment. a million lb = 3500 energy, so 13 lb = 45500 energy. It takes me approximately an hour on the elliptical coach at a reasonable velocity to burn 500 energy (a million/7 of a pound), so as this is 7 hours for each pound, so as to burn 13 lb (45500 energy) it might take ninety one hours of exercising, this is extra hours than there even are in 3 days. it fairly is secure to lose as much as a million kg (2.2 lb) each week, so it might take 6 weeks minimum, and to try this you need to be burning 1100 energy (approximately 2 hours 12 minuets exercising) on a daily basis.

obviously cut back on bad foods and soda, but you are like me and dont drink it. i have found that if i stop eating bad foods and walk at least 20 minutes a day i feel better and loose a little weight. you might want to go to the gym if you want fast results but also remember that you are only 13 and that your body is still changing so you may not loose what you want to.

wen im doing soccer conditoning they work on ur abs alot wat we had to do is 50 sit up 50 crunches 60 seconds of bycicles 50 of these things were you lay on ur back with ur legs up and touch the top of ur feet 50 heel touches wich is u lay on ur back with ur nees bent for like a sit up but u touch ur left heel then ur right heel then 50 russians which is wen you situp with ur legs straight out in front of u and lean back a bit then you put ur hands together and reach out then go left and right. With about 15 minutes of runing and u will have abs by spring break

I would reccomend the south beach diet combined with pilates. A lot of celebs do pilates and they look awesome!
