I've never heard of a nine post house before either, but if you're asking what size footing you'll need for the house, 26x36, 18 to 24 inches wide, 6 inches thick, set 48 inches in the ground should do the trick. If you live in a warm climate where you don't get the heaving and dropping like we do here in Michigan, you could probably get away with 36 inch depth. Make sure you reinforce with rebar rod.

What are you asking? Footing size? Very confusing question. What is a 9 post house?
