No I'm sick of the government interfering with health choices.

I think skim milk should be the norm. If they want to offer whole milk as a choice, ok, but a lot of schools don't even offer skim milk, which is by far the healthiest choice.

I drink skim milk only and have lost 80 pounds in the last 2 months. (of course that little gastric bypass surgery I had might have something to do with that too...haha)

No. They've got far more worrying things to sort out before they get to considering banning whole milk in schools.

In my opinion #1 some kids are allergic to dairy product, #2 Whole milk is fattening. sorry if this doesn't make seance.
