I have 2 chinese dwarf hamsters and they used to fight all the time.
They are seperated now but 1 has been left with a whole in his ear.
Will it affect his hearing????
What should i do about it???

We have not had this problem with our hamsters although we have had this problem with our mice... one of them anyway.
What we managed to find out is that it was likely a parasite of sorts that caused it. For all you know it was a little bug you didn't see in the food or a bug off another animal you have (or it could have been brought in by you or a mouse that's gotten into your house).
From what we've managed to read, it won't do any real damage... The mouse that had the hole in the ear ended up scratching the hole until the ear pretty much disappeared. She is a normal mouse, just with less ear(s)....

If you're really concerned about it, take it to the vet and see what they recommend or ask at a pet store if they know anything about it.

Well, if it's not bleeding, it should be okay. If you're still worried, take him to a vet.
