THERE'S A GIRL DAT I KNOW AND SHE ALWAYS CALLS ME WHEN ANOTHER GIRL(SOPPUSE 2 B LIKE A SISTER 2 HER)ALWAYS MAKES HER MAD OR UPSET BUT THEN SHE ACTS LIKE I DON'T EXISTS UNTIL SHE HAS HER PROBLEMS !!! WAT IS SHE AND HOW DO I KNOW??

She is a person that has the possibility of becoming a real friend. Right now, it appears as if she does not know how to focus on other people besides herself. It may be a phase that she will grow out of. Who knows. If she can't give you what you want then she isn't your friend. Don't worry about it. She is just an aquaintance.

Sounds to me, like she is not a friend. Only when she is in need of something does she come to you. A true friend is one that sticks by you when others don't. Always there for you when others let you down.
