Use friends and family or just put up posters everywhere. There are people out there who would do it for free, just be sure they're not the type to walk out on you in the middle of it because they're not being paid. :\

Just ask - most up and coming actors would JUMP at the chance!! That looks great on a resume.

Uni and college students would do it for free. Just put a sign up at your closest tertiary institute.

You could make announcements but if you post them on the net you must mention where you live 'cause me for example, I'd definitely do it but I live in Europe so...
