i am looking for a bf but very time i ask a guy out they tell me no that i am to fat for them n that they would not b wit me all cause of ma weight

That is horrible! You should be glad that they tell you that right away rather than waste another minute on them. Some men are just so shallow.
Believe me, you will find a guy that will love you for you and not care how much you weigh and he might actually love your added weight.
Let them find you, don't go looking for them. I'm overweight too and happily married. My husband LOVES me the way I am. Good luck

Well I am a guy. Let me just tell you I have had girlfriends who were skinny, average, and overweight. I found nothing wrong with that. We had a lot in common. I am secure enough to date girls that are over weight or that are taller then me or even up to two years older then me.
What matters to me is that she and I had things in common.
1. Loves me as I love her
2. Same faith.
3. Wanted large family.
4. Enjoyed 1/2 of the stuff that I enjoyed...there has to be some mystery after all.
5. Liked an open house for Shabbat (i.e. different people over every Shabbat).
6. Wanted to give children the best Jewish education that was available in the community.
7. Was a great cook...you know what they say, " a path to man's heart is through his stomach)
8. Has to love either dogs or cats
9. Has to love the idea of going out or being married to a teacher. I had girls who refused to date me because I am studying for MA in Education.
If she meets those criteria I do not care if she is black, white Hispanic, fat, skinny, or somewhat ugly. Love knows no boundaries. Looks come and they go, but love will always remain. I am 24 now and am looking for someone that special.

Melton, It sounds like you are asking out the wrong guys. Do you have any friends that are boys? Maybe you should get a group of friends together and go out. Then you could see if any of your friends that are guys might like you as a gf. I don't know how old you are, but I am wondering if you really need a bf at your age. I know it is hard to find a bf when you are over weight, because I am too. I am not looking for a bf at this time, but if I were he would have to see me as the person I am inside, not the weight issue. Best of Luck

Weight is usually an issue to us guys. We don't like being over weight and don't like going out with over weight girls.

quit looking for a boyfriend, it will just happen. you dont want to seem desperate. just have lots of friends, then when the time is right maybe he will ask you out. if they are talking about your weight like that, then they dont care about your feelings and you dont want those type of people anyway

If they can't see you for your inner self, then they aren't worth your time. Keep looking, there's probably someone out there that can see
you for who you really are, not your weight.

hey just don't give up on it. there will be someone that will like u for who you are and not for what u are. and weight is something u can loose it or gain it. how do those guys know they will stay slim for rest of their lives?? just move on sweetie.

that makes me sad. people can be so mean. you'll find a boyfriend some day. just dont give up & DO NOT blame yourself for their shallowness. i'm sure you are a very nice person.
