I think Larry Birkhart. He seems to show genuine emotion towards the child. Howard Stern always is in the background in pictures and has a weird look of jealousy about him in pictures. I think he loved Anna Nicole, but she didn't love him back; she just kept him around because he was her *****. The others didn't come forward until after she had died, which makes me think they all want a share of her potential estate, that the baby certainly would be the recipient of.

Most likely howard stern, seeing how long they had been in close contact, Anna nicole may have been promiscuous but she damn isn't stupid! She pubicly let him put his name on the birth certificate because she knew something we don't. At least she trusted howard enough to make him the executor of her will.
