You could find a really cute dress (GREEN! You'd totally look good in green!) Find one of those short jackets (long is okay) and wear it if your dress is less than three fingers, or whatever your dress code is. Then if your dress is at least up to your knees then you can wear jeans if you wear a jean jacket or leggings if you don't want to wear jeans. If your dress goes past your knees then don't wear anything under, it's just akward. But have fun!

Don't wear something too casual. Wear something with glitter and style. Don't go with dark colors like black or dark blue, go with fun colors like pinks, reds, or light blues. Try to wear something that's short, (as short as your dress can be according to school code). Don't wear one of those tight dresses, wear something that is flawless and moves easily. Wear strappy's with some heel if you want to be able to dance alot. Wear fun bracelts, necklaces and earings, make it your own! Try this dress

if i were you i would get a colourful vneck from american apparelle and pair that with a casual high waisted skirt from there. the skirt could be like a cotton material, i've tried one on there that was plain black, form fitting, and stretchy. for make up i'd go with dramatic eyes, like curled lashes and double coats of mascara with a shimmery gold shadow. i'd go with natural cheeks, foundation and maybe some blush.

if it's a formal dance
-wear a simple cotton sun dress
you can find one at gadzooks(forever 21)
comfortable dressy shoes
if it's casual
-wear a polo
(that's what everyone, including guys and gals, wears to our middle school dances)
-jeans
and some comfortable shoes, so your feet don't hurt from dancing the night away!!! lol

Something short- to about ur knees...
Something with spaghetti straps, but with a wrap or something...
Maybe short sleeves, depending on the dress...
Something bright, but not neon- I'd go with pink or red...

middle school?... and your asking what to wear for a dance k look we wear whatever to a middle school dance because were just in middle school and they arent real dances for middle school if you really wnat to wear a skirt
