Acutally in some states incompatence in the bed room is legal grounds for divorce look up your states specific terms and regulations for filing for divorce.

It depends on the state. A lot of states have gotten away from fault in divorces. But, if not, you could cite it as causal. But, trust me, if you can just get a simple divorce and get through it with a minimum of hassle and cost (which will still be plenty of each), you're better off.

You want to sue because you havn't been having sex? You can't force people to have sex whether you're married or not. Of course it's a good reason to get divorced but I'm not sure any judge is going to agree to let you sue because of it.

I don't know what state your from but I believe it's call spousal neglect,and I believe it would stand.Call a lawyer and get free consultation,some will do this over the phone.

there are grounds for divorce because of irreconcilable differences, but i don't believe you can sue her??? you will have to ask your legal council

Anymore, you don't need "grounds" for divorce. You can file a no-fault divorce in nearly every state.
If this is your only issue in your marriage, though, try counseling before divorce.

I have never heard of such a thing. If you have an attorney, ask him/her. I have worked for a law firm and I haven't heard of anyone using that as grounds.

you can sue for divorce on whatever grounds you want, her hair is not long enough, she got fat, she doesn't satisfy you, irreconcilable differences, whatever your heart desires
