I will be glad to help you - just relax! Everyone has to start somewhere. We all started off at zero! You can email me with specific questions. Send me at link to your item so I look at your auction and give you some tips.

You may find this guide helpful in getting started on eBay. It is written from my own experience from selling for 4 years. I've sold about 12,000 items during that time. I've learned alot along the way by trial and error and hope to save others some time and mistakes! I didn't have anyone helping me, so I hope I can help others do this, too.

some people will only buy from creditable users. If you buy what you need on eBay the seller will leave you feedback. Otherwise just be persistent. If your item is good at a good price it will sell. Most items don't get bids until the last two or three days.

You could. It's always recommended that new sellers start as buyers and buy some small inexpensive items to build their feedback a little. But it also depends on what you're selling and what your starting bid is. If you're selling something inexpensive, say a DVD or something, you're a lot more likely to sell it as opposed to something a lot more expensive. You never know what buyers will bid on, though so don't be too discouraged.
