If your gay Kemp town is the place if not...... Fat Boy used to live in Robertson Rd , You don't say you're buying, I'd rent for awhile anyway, It's Ok up near the Queen Alexandra's Kids hosp. I'd rather be in Hove somewhere around the George St area. Areas change, come for a few week ends, lots of druggies and ladies of the night some really dreadful estates at the back of town. Personally I'd stick with the gays at least you know where you are!

Bognor regis which is literally just down the road is really really nice, I would try there its lovely!
