Abercrombie, Abercrombie and Fitch, Aeropastle, American Eagle, Hollister, TJ Maxx (Gr8 store for finding designer cheap- I got BCBG sweats for $20!!!), Wet Seal, Old Navy can be good too... Malls are the best, I bet there are plenty in Houston... Good luck shopping!!!!!
OMG I almost forgot- dELIA*s and Alloy are some of my FAVORITE STORES EVER!!!
Ooh, and department stores are good too- I like Macy's.

Any thing at the mall is trendy for 'tweens' most kids want to feel popular so they will shop at american eagle, abacrombie, halister, and so on. But be smart with your money if it is just a basic white tank don't spend $25 at abacrombie go to target get it for $10 no one will know and spend the remaining amount of some thing else.

if your looking for inexpensive clothes i like styles 4 less/styles, or forever 21 has super cute clothes and are reasonably priced...my fav is aeropostal!!! they have really nice stuff....mostly casual. so if your looking for more dressier styles try forever 21!
