I have AVG Personal, Adaware, and Best Crypt firewall also a hardware firewall in a router.

Go to http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx and get windows defender, a free program that saved my comp tons of times

You need McAfee 2007, which comes with all Anti Virus, personal firewall plus, Internet security, wireless protection, spam filter and spyware defense, and this McAfee suit does not slow down your computer. I've been using McAfee for almost 4 years and I have never caught a spyware or virus.
