i have a brown color skin and people think i am ugly and ma fingers are black and i cant change that so i want to make ma face beatiful and ma hair beautiful so pleaz.......... help........ me............

First you could start by spelling everything right, that's always attractive. Find a shampoo that fits your tipe of hair and use it regularly. Then you can either go to a salon and ask the hair dresser to cut your hair in a way that goes well with the shape of your face or do some research to see what kind of style fits you best and looks good on you. And about the make up: 1) Remember that less is more, 2) Use neutral colors that go with your skin , 3) Every morning and night use a deep cleanser to wash your face and unclog pores, and 4) Ask people for advice.
Also know that beauty is only skin deep, though.
But... what do your fingers have to do with it ?

Beauty is only skin deep and comes from within. Until you believeyou are beautiful and acknowledge it... there is not much you can do. God didn't make no mistakes. You can always wear make up and get the hair weaved into an extravagant style but these things are temporary and only cover up or conceal the real you. Wake up Honeychild! Go to a color consultant or beautician who does skin care also. Find your colors that best show off the real you! Get a nice haircut and learn to apply makeup without looking like a painters pallet! I wish you luck... But mostly tell yourself that YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!

ELF cosmetics (www.eyeslipsface.com), everything's a dollar and it's really good! For hair I would go to www.avon.com. They sell great hair products but can get kind of expensive. Herbal Essences and Garnier Nutris are always great alternatives for expensive hair products. They're sold at places like Wal-Mart.

Use either Bare Minerals or Sheer Cover. They both have web sites. They are minerals and make any persons complexion look beautiful. I am sure no one thinks you are ugly and if anyone says that tell them to go F themselves.

putbut a lot of blush and pink eye shadow... and also some powder and maskara and eyeliner-- and for the hair leave ur hair curly and put ur fringe up with a clip and make it a bump.. (if u have a fringe)
