a skirt..or jeans with a tank top or halter top. and maybe wear a cute belt around the top.

if its a dance party definetly dont wear a skirt! you dont want to b flashing everybody!
at dance parties i wear jeans a cute tank top and some chunky beads.
To tell u the truth i would just buy a new outfit!

Wear your most favorite outfit in your wardrobe, the one that makes you feel special and pretty......after all it's your birthday, LOL.

depends on what you will be doing. if you going out of the town then do some thing sexy and trendy, but if your going out to eat and planning on stuffing your face then do yoga pants and a cute top.
