If you mean borders in the conventional sense - as in land borders - Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Minnestota, Michigan, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Ohio and Pennsylvania have *water* borders with Canada in Lake Erie. Wisconsin does not have a water or land border with Canada.
