Build you a website and advertise it. Make you some cards and hand them out. Find all the free ad newspapers you can and advertise there Best of all you can contact your local chamber of commerce and tell them what you have and they can post it on their website. If you make your own website you will be able to give them a link that they will post.
You need a plan as how much it cost for all your events. If you have guides for hunting and how much that is and what a lease will cost and all that. Put it on paper then make a website. Microsoft frontpage is the best to use for building sites. Pay the small fee to have your own domain name with your business names. example.. www.mexicoadventures.com or something like that.
Before I travel I do reseach online to see what is out there for me to do.. Most everyone else does that also...

If you have that, then you probably have an accountant that would tell you.
Hire someone who knows what they're doing.
