Pretty much - as long as it is feasibly possible. When I was 5 years old, I tried to fly. I flapped my arms, jumped off the front porch steps and landed in the prickly bush. Of course I did not accomplish what I set out to do because it was physically impossible. True, I could be a doctor if I really, really wanted to. My inabilities in math and sciences however, would make it a very difficult challenge for me, and I would have to overcome powerful obstacles in order to accomplish that goal. Choosing a goal that is realistic, given what you are personally mentally and physically capable of doing, will be the first step in actually accomplishing that goal. Next, don't give up, persevere, and go for it. With determination and a realistic goal, there is nothing you can't accomplish that you have set out to do.

I believe you can accomplish alot of things if you put your mind into it but ometimes it can be out of your control. sometimes the odds are against you. so if you were to go ask out the hottest female on the face of the earth and you believed that you can have her it dont mean your going to have her because like i said some things are not in your control.

well the thing i have learned about that is this. circumstance sometimes rears it's ugly head into that situation. and sometimes circumstance we have no control over. What i mean by that are things such as illness...you can believe in yourself and put your mind to whatever you wish, but when it comes to circumstances butting in...well...not to use it as an excuse..but it can at times be a road block.
