I wouldn't describe the cave man look as being "chiseled" - in the good way.
Cavemen have been described as with lots of facial hair, Herman Munster eyebrow ridge, possibly Uni-brow and a strong jaw.
If you say 'Chiseled' people will think Roman statues. Not oh my gosh let me not get to close to him/
