my school i go to now is really ghetto and there is fights all the time and its not very friendly...i have friends that go there though.
it is my junior year now and i dont know if i should change schools my senior year. i want to meet new people and go to a different school but should i leave my school that i have been going to for 3 years... or graduate with it?

It sounds like to me that you have already been thinking this through and that you are pretty much set on following through with changing schools. Let's face the facts, you are about to go through the last year of school which is important if you are seriously thinking about continuing on to college. Your education is the most important and you need to do whatever it takes to preserve it.
It also sounds like you yearn for a different environment and that you are maturing in your perspectives. I congratulate you on being able to take such a mature view and understanding despite your present school environment. There is a whole world out there waiting for you to discover it. Cease the opportunity to move on and go some where with a better environment. If you have the willingness to meet new people, you will definitely meet some and I'm sure make some really great friends. Go for it!

hmm.
sounds like we may have the same problem.
i hate my school.
its so violent.
and the teachers are so rude.
i've been thinking about quitting, changing schools, getting homeschooled, or just going to get my g.e.d.
its amazing how horrible schools can be.
