Spybot only protects you from ad-ware and such. You probably should download AVG or something similar and run an Anti-Virus scan on your computer. If that doesn't help, then you should reinstall windows.

That is a Trojan. ewido will remove it.

Download and Update Ewido (now called the AVG Antispyware). Do not run:

http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

TEMPORARILY SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS.

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

2. Click Appearance and Themes, and then click Folder Options.

3. On the View tab, under Hidden files and folders, click "Show hidden files and folders", and clear(uncheck) the "Hide protected operating system files" check box.

IMPORTANT: Files are hidden by Windows for a very good reason. It is not wise to experiment with these files. Unfortunately, to successfully remove modern spyware we must turn this protection off temporarily. Please turn the protection back on when you have finished cleaning your system.

EMPTY INTERNET EXPLORER BROWSER CACHE:

1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.

2. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. Select the Delete all offline content check box in the confirmation dialogue box that appears, click OK. Click OK again.

RESTART IN SAFE MODE:

To do this you need to hold down or repeatedly tap the F8 key while the computer is booting (when the computer is displaying a black screen with white text). When the boot menu appears, use your keyboard arrows to select "Safe Mode."

Safe Mode can look quite ugly. The color may look bad, and all of your desktop icons will be very large. This is normal.

START THE SCAN WITH YOUR PROGRAM(S).

When the scan and removal are completed REBOOT COMPUTER. This will restart you in normal mode.

RESET HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS.

The RESTORE POINTS may be infected with the Malware and cannot be used. Delete the old one(s) and make a new one.

CLEAR OLD RESTORE POINT(S). HERE'S HOW:

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

2. Click Performance and Maintenance, click System, and then click on the System Restore tab.

3. Select the Turn Off System Restore check box, click Apply, then restart your computer.

4. Return to the System Restore Tab and turn System Restore back on.

TO SET A NEW RESTORE POINT:

1. Click the Start button.

2. Point to Programs, then navigate to Accessories, then System Tools, then click System Restore.

3. Choose Create a restore point, and then click Next.

4. In the Restore point description box, type a name for your restore point, and then click Next.

5. Click OK.

NOTE: If you are using Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) and are unable to access the Internet after removing Malware, there is a command that may fix the problem. It works by resetting the winsock catalogue. Click on Start, then Run and type CMD in the box. Click OK. Type "netsh winsock reset" (no quotes)into the DOS window that appears.

you say spybot etc. what other anti-virus programs do you have? download ad-aware if you don't have it. that always works for me. also try trend micros housecall website. if that doesn't work, you might want to try system restore which will take it back to a point before all this virus stuff happened. one thing to note, whether you get on the internet or not, you are always connected when you have broadband. its not like dial-up where you had to dial-up in order to connect to the internet. your are always connected whether you open the internet browser or not. so that is why it is so important to have the firewall and stuff you do have in place. but even then stuff can get through. your last resort would be to reformat your computer, but you would have to copy all your files/programs first as it erases everything. good luck!

click on start, go to All Programs. then go to accessories and go down to System Tools. After, click on System Restore and it should open a window, you should disable system restore under the options since thats how the viruses are coming back into your system. Also block every program that you have not heard of, like adirss, since it may be a w32 downloader which downloads tons of viruses spywares worms trojans etc. i think it would also be easier if you turned off your internet connection.
PS i would also advise you to run spyware scans as well since they may be downloaded as well.

CounterSpy and Norton Anti-Virus has free trials that are great for deleting spywares and viruses.

all i can say is that you dont want to touch what had something like windows in the name, and .exe files are tricky to deal with. go to download.com, and search Zone Alarm, its a great program that does virus, spyware, and internet security, run a ful system scan, and when it asks you to block anything, go to more info and see what the thing is. IF YOU DONT KNOW. . .. BLOCK IT. Also, download winpatrol, it is a startup program blocker, which can be useful to speed up your computer, and get rid of little quirks in your system.

Go to your Control Panel and open Device Manager. In Device Manager look for Display Adapters and click on the + in front of Display Adapters. Right click the device shown. That should be your graphics card. Select Update Driver Software/ Search Automatically..

ditto AVG or AVAST, u need a memory resident virus protection that is what these two provide. NO NEED TO BUY ANYTHING. these are free as well as others. Leave Norton and McAfee to the corporations.

install a good spyware protection as well (spywareguard) is one of many. i personally use it. FREE as well...

that is a start. another online free scanner is HouseCall from MicroTrend.com go there and scan first...

Visit www.anti-virus.com and run the free online scan.

I would recommend purchasing ZoneLabs suite. MS Firewall is OK, but there are better options out there. Norton and McAffee are popular but seem to be bloated and targeted more.

Update and run your Anti-Virus program. Don't have one? You can run a free online scan from CA.

http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspx

If you still have problems run the scan in Safe Mode
