I think so. After the yule ball, hermione says: next time ron, you ask me first and nót as a last resort.... That makes quite clear they do....

I think that there is something going to happen there because Ron is always so interested in Hermiones love life like with Victor Krum and when Ron gets with Lavender they both stop talking and Harry says that he saw that they liked each other

blast!harry n hermione n meant to be.ms rowling did tht on purpose to make their love realistic n hermione/ron's not.it's harry/herm r'ship which works in d real world. not ron/hermione.
