Whoever the biological father is should get the baby unless it is the old man's and then she should go to Anna's mother in my opinion. That's the closest relative.

I think Howard should get her. Howard has been with Anna for a very long time, and I think he loved Anna, and Daniel, and the baby. Burkhead was just a short term lover, and just because he's a sperm donor doesn't mean anything. I hope, and pray Howard gets the baby, and he gets help. Anna obviously considered Howard family, and they were a disfunctional family, as lots of us are (no family is perfect). For little Dannielynn, I hope Howard seeks counseling.

An adoptive family that doesn't have a clue who her mother is. Then the child could be raised in a normal and loving family and grow up loved and cared for. It would be nice if the baby never had to know the ugly side of life her mom and dad come from.

not her mother! they haven't had a relationship in over 15 yrs! I'm hoping the baby's father is Larry Birkhead and that the baby goes into his custody. He just seems genuine and caring unlike Howard K Stern who just thrives on publicity, especially now that Anna's gone.

The REAL father, whomever it is.........Her mother, the grandmother, should have not have the baby since Anna was not even on speaking terms with her and more than likely would not want her to have the baby.

i think the real dad Larry should get her'but by the time h.stern gets a DNA test for danilynn she'll probably be 18yrs old,,,he said over his dead body will he do the test,,,,i hope Anna Nichole haunts his dreams and his mind daily,,,,I'll bet he had lots to do with it.he said today that he was her lawyer 'when she was going to court to get the millions from old man Marshall...something really stinks and Howard jerk stern' is rite in the middle of this cases.....

The mom, because she is part of the family. Actual family, that is. I wouldn't trust any of the people claiming to be her dad.
Just on a random note, the judge looks pretty mean.

They need to get moving on the DNA testing to determine who the father is, and then the baby belongs with the real father.

Her mom or someone in her family, or the baby's father. REAL father, that is. =) Mom because she took care of a baby before or real father because, if she can't have a mother, she should at least have a father.

Howard should because they have been together so long even when see was at the top of her weight he was at her side more than just a lawyer. You could tell that on the show. )O(
